Embroidered in shades of green, blue, red, pink, brown, cream and yellow wools. Decorated with a central countryside scene depicting a sheppard and sheppardess within an elaborate cartouche with a hunting scene below. The corners decorated with other country scenes and a camel and a lion at either end. Minor repairs. French, first quarter of the 18th century. 3056741.
