The plank top in two sections, with a small repair to the back right-handside corner, and faced with a deep moulded edge. The lift-up top with one original and one 19th century iron hinge. The interior fitted with a modern, iron basket. The front decorated with three sets of brass drop handles and 'D'moulding simulating drawers. The sides with brass carrying handles. Standing on bracket feet. Excellent original colour and patina. English, first quarter of the 18th century.
