The triple, plank top with cleats at either end, with some old patches, and with an exceptional surface. The frieze fitted with drawers at either end, one with its lock and key and the other with a wooden knob. Standing on elegant column turned legs with old repairs to losses joined by an ‘h’ stretcher. Exceptional colour and patina. Probably French, first quarter of the 18th century.
