A pair of mirrored wall sconces copied from surviving examples at Carpenter’s Hall, Philadelphia which form part of a set of 12 which were believed to have been in place when the first Continental Congress met on 7th September, 1775

The faceted mirrors with aged-tin crestings above and below. Single, electrified, wax candle.
