The top rails are finely carved with cherubs holding a vase of flowers, flowerheads and leafy sprays. The caned oval backs are within a carved foliate surround. The barley twist supports have floral carved blocks and are surmounted by acorn finials. The caned seats have squab cushions and are within a foliate carved frame. Standing on barley-twist legs, side and central stretchers with floral carved blocks. Finely carved front stretchers with a repeat of the top rail ornament. Ten sidechairs and a pair of carvers. Some re-caning and old repairs and losses. Some re-caning and old repairs. With modern squab seats.
